We work with diverse candidate pipelines to place people in the correct roles.
Our staff will interview, test for skills and aptitude, conduct background checks, and drug screens, deliver basic orientation to the employee and provide basic safety training where appropriate. Beyond that, we work with employers to tailor our direct placements to their process, which may include coordinating various rounds of interviews, reference checks and specialized assessments.
Once employees are in place, we work with you to make adjustments along the way. We will adjust our hiring profile for the role, and deliver reports that give you insight into how the workforce matches the work.
