Title:  Insurance Assistant

Location:  Bradley

Tasks

  • Greet persons entering the office, determine purpose of visit and direct them as appropriate
  • Screen, forward calls or take messages and answer routing customer inquiries regarding products and services, office location, office hours, etc.
  • Engage customers in small talk to build rapport
  • Assist office with marketing efforts
  • Calculate premiums, applicable discounts and other payments for products and services
  • Explain payment method options to customers
  • Receive and provide receipts for payments made
  • Send documents or other information to customers, operations center, underwriters, etc.; using computer, mail or fax
  • Handle policy changes and update customer/household information
  • Prepare forms, applications, agreements and other paperwork to complete sales-related efforts and ensure policy requirements are fulfilled

           d. Cross sell and open debit cards, safe deposit boxes, etc.
2. Provide services for customers
         a. Offer and explain online banking, mobile banking and text banking services.
         b. Offer and explain online bill payment services
         c. Order checks and deposit slips for customer accounts
3. Provide customer service.
         a. Greeting customers
         b. Answer phones
         c. Provide help with all above products and services to include
4. Assist in teller line when necessary.

Responsibilities   The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the manufacture of roofing shingles while maintaining high standards for safety and quality.  This requires solid knowledge of high-speed manufacturing processes and the ability to engage and motivate employees.·         Provide manufacturing leadership to fully engage employees and foster a productive work environment.·         Promote a strong safety culture where employees believe that all injuries are preventable.  Investigate and prepare reports on safety near-misses, injuries and workplace hazards.·         Maintain adherence to Company and OSHA safety standards, conduct safety workplace inspections and facilitate safety programs such as behavior-based safety observations.·         Ensure employees receive training on procedures relating to safety, quality and production. Conduct training, cross-training and rotation of employees for product, process and employee development.·         Conduct regular crew meetings to provide production employees with the information they need to do their jobs. This includes communication of safety, quality and production changes, progress toward goals and overall plant performance.·         Work closely with other Supervisors to achieve plant SQDCP metrics.·         Develop, recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.  Operate within standard operating and Quality procedures.·         Work cooperatively with production and maintenance teams to identify and resolve production issues in an efficient manner and assist in the resolution of quality / production problems. Identify and eliminate root causes of problems and ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained.·         Evaluate team members’ performance and provide coaching and guidance to improve employees skill-sets.·         Plan and manage scheduling for production team.  Maintain employee time and attendance in Kronos. Complete shift reports.·         Assure that a clean and safe working environment is maintained at all times.·         Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications ·         Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field.·         High-speed manufacturing experience required.·         Supervisory experience of 3-5 years

Title:  Production Worker

Location:  Manteno, IL

Summary

Responsible for performing production work.  Starts, operates, tends, stops, and cleans machines. Assembles finished product. Inspects product to ensure high quality.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Start up and stop equipment.
  • Assist with production line in factories.
  • Clean production area.
  • Sweep, mop, and and remove debris.
  • Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
  • Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
  • Lubricate equipment.
  • Measure and pour ingredients.
  • Ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Turn valves to regulate flow of liquids or gas.
  • Mix ingredients.
  • Pull damaged or ineffective equipment off the line.
  • Mark parts for identification.
  • Measure length of extruded article.
  • Place equipment on conveyor belt for further processing.
  • Remove product and machine attachments.
  • Scrape waste material from machine.
  • Read and interpret gauges.
  • Record data.
  • Load and unload processing equipment.
  • Ship finished products.
  • Pour materials into machine hopper.
  • Take instructions from supervisors.
